I called Tim from Leading Air after seeing good reviews. Another company couldn't figure out why my AC was leaking. Tim fault found the issue quickly and resolved -something quite simple that didn't cost me anything other than the service call. Great service and communication from Tim explaining what the problem was. I will be using Leading Air from now on for regular servicing/repairs.

Tim provided a prompt quote & fair price. Gave me an estimate for install time after accepting the quote, updated me when the equipment had arrived and arranged the installation date. Showed up on time and and completed the work to a professional standard. It’s been hard for me to find tradespeople that can be reliable and communicate while doing good work and not charging the earth. I’d recommend Tim and I’d use him again without hesitation.

Tim was great, he arrived exactly on time and was quick to diagnose and resolve the issue with my air conditioning system. Overall, I was very happy with the service and with price for the service. I would strongly recommend his services if you're having issues with your air conditioner.

Tim from Leading Air was excellent to deal with. Our system decided to flood during the peak of summer, and he managed to fit us in within 24 hours after having a cancellation. Our system was up and running perfectly, and he even made common sense suggestions to ensure the issue didn't reoccur. A legend in our book!

Tim recently supplied and installed a new split system air con, replacing an older unit. While the older unit was still working, it was loud and inefficient in cooling down the area. The new unit has been life changing! I regret not doing it earlier. I’ve used Leading Air several times and always found the service to be exceptional.

I contacted Tim at Leading Air based on a recommendation from another company who didn’t service our area. Tim was honest, prompt and reliable from the get go. He was able to assess the problem with our ducted unit remotely and order the parts required. No call out fees like some scammers out there. Once the parts arrived, he came out, replaced the faulty part, cleaned and sanitised our filter, done and dusted, on time and at the promised price. Thanks Tim, we definitely recommend Leading Air!
