Chop Butchery Belrose

I went to chop butchery at belrose yesterday (sunday 2nd of april). We where served by the young lady and got some nice inch think T-Bones as well as other meat, and to say they where a hit im our house was an understatement, as a very rare meat eater myself i loved mine and i even chewed on the bone and was temped to growl at my hubby for even thinking about touching mine, will definitely be going back again.

Got some chicken schnitzels last week highly recommend. Was served by Zoe she was very good and helped me plan a few more meals. Will definitely be back.

A father's day gift-the driver actually mixed up the boxes. These guys emailed and sent me a text before I even knew about it. Next day swapped the package..I'm not sure if they threw in some extras but way more than I thought and the burgers are awesome I'm told. Wish I had been there to sample. Great service and great value.

I placed an online order to cover Christmas and New Years. No issues with the delivery date and time, but had no idea when it would arrive as no sms, call, email or change from processing to being delivered until after it was delivered. All I had was between 7am and 6pm to go by - first time customer.Anyone using this company should know that your order will display processing" until it is actually delivered. However

Loved that I can order online and get it delivered. Too easy and no hassle. It's like Christmas each time with fresh meat arriving at the door. Very prompt delivery, the delivery was well packaged and delivered cold. The White and Black pudding was a delight and the Tbone steak was second to none. I will definitely be placing more orders

I only did a small order online for pick up at Rouse Hill. I got home placed it all in the freezer besides the pork belly which i went to prepare for dinner, when I opened it, all I could small was off meat. It was slimy and yuk, called up and was asked to bring it back and swap it over. Was no problem even though I had to travel back 30min each way to swap it over. I then got my wings out of the freezer to have for dinner 2 nights later and it again was off. Called up and was again told to bring it in to swap it over. That was not happening as it was 5.30pm at night and needed to prepare dinner for my kids. Was offered a credit for next time I go in and purchase meat. Not to sure when that will be as I now do not trust their meat. Not impressed at all.

I had some difficulty with my Christmas order, but it was quickly and easily resolved thanks to Tanya, whose communication was clear and prompt.I ended up getting another order, one of the bulk meat packs and am very happy with everything that we have tried. I will definately order from Chop again.
