I don't usually give bad reviews, but feel compelled to in this case. I've noticed over the last couple of month or so, that Strathpine KFC is going downhill. Price gos up and quality gos down. Tonight I bought family feast as a treat for my children. The chicken pack contained mostly tiny wings and drumsticks the one thigh was half the size it usually is.The chicken was overcook almost black and dry. I think it had been under the heater since lunch. Total waste of $37. Will never go there again and definitely will not recommend. Was going to take it back, but wasn't worth the trip back.

Really good KFC, always receive food cooked well and pretty quick. Terrible parking lot and drive-through design, but not their fault, I guess.

Just went through drive thru, strathpine. Asked for 2 pieces original chicken. they handed me two tender pieces and said nothing. After I checked the bag (because it’s kfc) I told them it wasn’t pieces. Which they responded they had none left. So instead of telling me when I ordered, they just figured they could put two tiny tender pieces in the bag and hope I didn’t notice. I Cannot believe they thought it was ok. When I said they should just be upfront, the staff told me The manager told them to do it.

Food was fantastic and fresh, however customer service is poor also the restaurant was filthy at the time it would be a great place to take the family but staff need to be more friendly!

Avoid. Unfriendly customer service at payment booth. Messed up my order and the chips were cooked in old oxidised oil with that fishy taste.

So bad, so so bad. Over the past 3 months this place has dropped its quality to an new level of bad. Teenagers that could not communicate at the speaker or window and did not know the menu. Told us there was no coleslaw so we had potato and gravy, that's okay, did not tell us there were no dinner roles. Found this out when we opened the boxes at the window to find them missing as we now have to check our orders when we go here before driving away. Then when we got home you would have to wonder if they use pigeons not chickens now as the sizes are so small. It appears the store was also out of the 11 herbs and spices, no quality control at all. I have no idea how chicken can make it onto the sales window with 0 taste. I have never had KFC with 0 taste I can not believe they can make this food so badly. If I could give 0 stars I would give negative.... The bin was well fed tonight.

Hit or miss.... but alot more misses as of late. I feel so stupid when ordering food from this store. I used to work at this KFC a couple of years ago and have kept visiting since but as of late it seems there has been a huge turn over in staff. The customer service has plummeted. There is no chance of a '5 star smile'. Greeting a customer in 5 seconds... and the chips are almost always undercooked, chux on the chicken, condiments I asked to me removed are still on burgers, not to mention today when I went in I had to stand waiting at the counter after receiving my food and had to practically beg for the drinks I paid with no sorry or have a nice day to follow it.I just feel like it's such a waste of time and money going to the Strathpine store at this point.
