Meticulous! I was the buyer of the property, not the seller.After 6 months of looking to buy back into the Sydney market, I was more than exasperated. Then I saw an apartment for sale that looked promising. Rowan was the agent. He was a pleasure to deal with and was helpful in enabling me to view it during the week, as I was unavailable for the Open House weekend. I was able to view twice more, it seemed ideal. Unfortunately, my own hesitancy lost me that property but, undaunted, Rowan had heard of another similar property that was about to be listed. I was able to view it, liked it, didn't hesitate this time, and, with Rowan's advice and assistance, I made the offer that was accepted. Rowan's professional expertise and knowledge of the local area were unrivalled and very helpful. His communications with me during the whole process were on point and regular. He's a good listener, seeming to make sure to try to match elements of the purchase to the expressed wishes of the buyer. I had said how much I loved the view in my previous apartment and, guess what, I have a view again! Different, possibly coincidental, but the lights at night are very attractive. In what I imagine would be at times a stressful job, Rowan appears unflappable: always courteous, always punctual, always facilitating extra viewings to happen if at all possible, and all with a friendly smile & approachable manner. I am very pleased with my new home, and the price I paid, and I owe Rowan a sincere Thankyou for the meticulous attention to detail that made it happen.

I purchased my first property in April 2022 from Rowan and the whole experience was positive because of him. Achieved the impossible!!!
