Kool Line Electrical & Refrigeration

Not a great experience with this company. Had a aircon removed and another installed in its place in my sons room. They drilled through our hot water pipe resulting in water going everywhere onto our newly installed wood floors and some of my sons belongings. They left the water on the floor for over 30 minutes before my husband had to go in there and say he needs to mop it up as it will damage the floor. This is when they told us what happened and that they had there plumber on the way. 30 minutes later they said he couldnt come and they didnt know what to do. Luckily my husbands friend was able to come out and fix it so we could have the water back on and they could finish the job.The technicians werent sorry at all about what had happend.I then requested a discount on the overall job when we received the final invoice. Which they refused saying they had paid our Plumber out of 'Goof Faith. Not sure how that would ever be our invoice to pay.i advised that a couple of my sons items had been damaged from the water and they still would not discount the bill.Will not use this business again"

We were using Kool Line to change our office lighting to LED, 12 of them including re-arranging the position on the ceiling, and fixing the switch, all need to be done without disturbing our work. They came in early morning, did it less than 2 hours including cleaning the mess. My staffs are happy as their desk remains clean and they can start their day in brighter office and without delays.Thank you Kool Line.

Great company to deal with. We require electricians fairly regularly to assist with the work that we do. Carmine and his staff are our preferred electricians and we have worked with them all over the state, not just within the metro area.We've called them out on evenings and weekends for urgent faults and it has never been a problem.I highly recommend Carmine for any electrical work.

If I could give this company a zero star review I would. My real estate agent contacted Kool Line to fix our leaking evaporation air conditioning and my lovely & helpful agent said I should expect a call from Carmine regarding the job. (He was aware of the urgency: the leaking AC was causing mold to grow around the vents & other areas)He never contacted me so I called him up on a Friday. He told me that currently his staff was at our property looking at the issue. His staff were on our property without our knowledge & neither myself or my hubby were home. I was horrified!He said they found the problem & he would call me Monday before coming around to fix it. Monday came & went with no contact & they never showed. It's been a week in which I have called, left a voice mail & texted - no response!Based on their previous reviews; they have a pattern of being unprofessional, unreliable & incompetent - unable perform or complete a job.

I would not recommend this company. Told a time and then lied about it said he never told me that time. Told me he was going to turn up. Never did and then couldn’t contact him for 2 days. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Poor communication +++. The employee himself working for the company was kind and lovely. It was the manager and the owner that lets the business down. It’s a shame really.

If you want them to finish a job first you'll have to chase them all over to start it. Had to drop these kids after the electrician failed to even arrive twice, no apology or even notice either time. I was considering one more time but then I heard about their other 'jobs' and decided it would be safer to go elsewhere.

Terrible company. Unfortunately, our real estate agent uses this company (as they are a cheap option), so we've been stuck with them for a couple of years now. In that time, they've had to come to our house THREE separate times already, mainly to fix their own issues that THEY created.Despite this, our A/C STILL isn't working, yet it's under warranty, and they've just been ignoring all emails and calls for many months now. It's now extremely hot, and apparently EVERY single person at the company is away on holiday (you can't make this up lol), so we're apparently going to have to wait until summer is actually over before it's going to be fixed.Very, VERY unprofessional company.They are rude, they don't respond to emails, even high priority ones, and they even rocked up at our house once and climbed into our roof, WITHOUT NOTIFYING US AT ALL!AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU HAVE ANY SELF RESPECT.
