7-Eleven Parramatta North

Not very helpful in customer service great in taking my money. I have been a very long term customer no longer i intend to support or purchase anything anymore from 711 north parramatta. They couldnt even help a lady such as myself put the pipe onto petrol jerrycan. strangers are more useful than these men and strangers even said they notice see me at 711 all the time when they drive past. Smh both manager and the man serving know how smile and how charge card take cash. Nothing wrong with the actual petrol or stuff used to buy there yet not really great people do not have basic decency and care for customers. No rewards for loyalty and long term support. Strangers have more decency and helpful. No more spending my money here we were long term customers

I go after the gym on sundays to get coffee and paper I just want to say the young girl behind the counter very friendly and good customer service one of the best 7 eleven stores

Dirty rude staff accuse people of stealing beer. Tried to snatch bag out of hand. Last time I checked 7 Eleven DON'T SELL BEER.

7 eleven as usual, Nice coffee actually . but it was the cheapest one but recently they increased the price. the traveler pie was great too , i always had their coffee but this is firs time i tried their traveler pie its tasty moreover value for money.

Was really great up untill this week. Lady working the store this Sunday wouldn't even let us use the choc shaker at the machines and also processed out purchase without asking if we would like to use our rewards card. We wanted to use our rewards cards

I used to fill up around where I work, just started to use this 711 from earlier this year as it’s close to my place. Also 711 app to lock the price is awesome. This shop is clean and not very busy, kind of COVID friendly. So far so good.

I was wondering why there is huge difference of petrol price around 7 eleven and this 7 eleven. There was hectic 42c of difference and 7-eleven even doesnot pickup the other store price. Yesterday when I fill the fuel it was 211c/l while other same 7-eleven has 165c/l. What a ridiculous difference. Also, guys please watch out the meter and the actual…..

Avoid this store. Aggressive, impolite, worst customer service.

I want bunch of water bottles and that guy says no to me very rudely and say I can't give you water at night its our policy. I can only give you 2 liter water. Buy it and get lost. This is how he talked with me
