Agent 2580 are always prompt in dealing with any questions we have and have been very easy to rent with. The communicate clearly and they've been very understanding and reasonable about various issues that have come up.

We rented through Agent 2580 between 2019 and early 2022. Routine inspections every 3 months become very painful, very fast. As you can imagine they are one of those real estate agents who are PEDANTIC about cleanliness. Before them, we had always had glowing inspections with other property managers, but we lost sleep trying to anticipate what they would comment on next (there was always something, and it was usually the grout). While they say they understand a house that is 'lived in', they don't often act like it. Items on the kitchen island meant the counter was 'dirty', not cluttered. We got our full bond back too, so I can't imagine we were as unclean as we were made to feel.We had a horrible time the last 6 months of our tenancy dealing with faulty fire alarms going off at random intervals any time during the day and night, and until we threatened to go to Fair Trade, my requests for an electrician and then complaints routinely fell on deaf ears, with lots of excuses and minimal action taken. Not sure what happened because pre-COVID, they were at least were at least responsive to maintenance.If you decide to rent with them, make sure you know your rights as a tenant.
