Friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely one of the better trained and professional outfit compared to others out there.They were very helpful with getting item in and out of the car and clear with pricing and the process.It's never nice when something stops working, it wasn't their fault, so reading comments here, people need to be fair and not shoot the messenger.Good job Sibnet, Paul and his team. After approximately 3 weeks where 10 emails and an over an hour spent on several phone calls to try and find a missing part for a Samsung TV stand I was told the only solution was to return the part, at our cost, to Sibnet, they would then look into the issue. Even with an email showing the pictures of the missing part along with the part numbers (which I had to provide) I was still told they would not send this information onto Samsung to seek the missing part without its physical return. The TV is for a client and there is no other option of temporarily mounting without the stand, Sibnet would not even entertain the idea of passing on my information to Samsung to have this resolved. Fredy and Andrew could not have been less helpful.

Friendly and professional!Before finding sibnet I was having my repairs done in Rosebury and where it took 3 weeks for them to get stuff done, Sibnet was able to do it in 3 days.Don't waste your time elsewhere!

After having no luck with iCure, who were Samsung's preferred service outlet, I managed to find Sibnet. I dealt with Paul who was super helpful from start to end and we managed to solve my HDMI outlet issue with my Samsung One Connect box. I got a good price and parts were delivered promptly.

Had to take my Samsung Robo Vacuum for a minor repair. Staff very friendly and professional. I received update within 2 days and the issue is fixed. Samsung in general has good customer service and Sibnet is definitely one of their top service team.. Thank you Daniel and Andrew.

Had a 10 year old Samsung TV with a power issue that I wanted to keep out of landfill if possible. Found the Sibnet team to be super helpful and professional. They explained the chances of a fix vs the cost of a new TV over the phone, then took a look and got it working for a reasonable price. Stoked to not have another throw away appliance.
