Had all my vehicles serviced here for the last two and half years and just had the horse float brakes changed to electric from hydraulic, bearings and tyres replaced at a reasonable price. Have been kept appraised at all times with any issues that have arisen and services have always been on time, would recommend the business.

I have been to Andrew with 3 different cars, he has done a great job.Very professional and helpful.

Had an engine changed. He took weeks to change it, no communication and then my son drove it back to Melbourne and got to Coburg a heater hose connection in the engine bay went.Andrew didn't take any responsibility, wouldn't even consider he might have cracked it when changing. he had to have moved this hose to change the engine.No customer support or conscience just not his problemNow taking him to VCAT .DO NOT GO NEAR THIS MECHANIC< when his dad ran it it was great, now his son is running it into the ground. Go elsewhere.The business has replied to this above saying he tried to explain it is a common fault. Maybe, Andrew but it happened first drive after you changed the engine and arrogant in tone would accept there was not possibility you had caused it.Arrogant dismissive and shocking attitude to customer service by not looking at ways to resolve issue . Just it's not my fault."Andrew we will see what VCAT say. Still submitting the forms. Got more info from another mechanic on what the cause is likely to be and this was most likely a result of your work.Again everyone
