JUST WOW! I honestly cannot recommend Ross from Honeysucker Waste Removal enough - if you are looking for a trustworthy, professional technician in this industry, look no further. From the very first phone call (which was after normal working hours to suit my schedule might I add), Ross was a true delight to work with. Clear communication, prompt attendance, arrived on time, great banter, and battled through pumping out our bio cycle. In particular, our driveway is VERY steep - I was quite anxious about this being an issue, and even though it took him some very skilled manoeuvring, Ross made it look easy and put me right ease. More than reasonable, competitive price for what ended up being a service jam packed with value. Leaps and bounds above the experience we had previously with another company.Cannot thank him enough, and I will be recommending him to anyone and everyone I can!

We installed our Taylex Sewerage Treatment System 8 years ago and were complying with the required quarterly services and council reports with the same company that installed, however when the time came to pumping out, we were told that they were unable to perform the pump out at our property due to difficult access, even though they planned the original project.
