South Hedland Carwash and Dogwash

All up we spent about $70 in the high car wash. The brush bristles were non existent, the soap that came out was so little and so slow, that we had to wait for it, by the time we realised this we had already loaded up the machine. If it wasn't for the fact that it's the only car wash here, there's no way we would've come back, but we didn't have a choice, had to do it all again the next day before we left town, but picked a better brush. Mentioned something to one of the workers/owner?, and as we were still washing, someone changed the bad brush for a new one. But no sorry or any offer of compensation. The owners are obviously cheap and all about money

Took our dogs to the dog wash, it was awesome! The dogs loved it and their coats looked shiny and smelled beautiful lol. Highly recommend the dog wash. So much easier than washing them at home. Only thing I would do next time is bring our dogs brush with us :)

Rude as lady came over and turned the hose off just so she could tell my partner that he better hose it off into the trench which he would of done regardless but to come and waste time we paid for is straight out rude then proceeded to come back again and tell him he better clean the other side which again he was going to do but was still cleaning the car! I felt uncomfortable in the car when she was emptying bins ahead and glaring over at us and at the time I didn't even know she had come over to keep telling my partner what to do rudely.

This carwash whilst supposedly in transition to to a new wash is arguably the most expensive wash I've ever used, $1/1min. The pumps were only running half power as the're not wanting to spend any money. If Pt Hedland had an alternative I'd use it, don't go here unless you have to

We thought the dogs was fantastic But &!it’s a Big BUT the water was so cold our Shih-Tzu cried & shivered through the entire experience.Was there something wrong should the water have been warm? It wasn’t an overly warm day either.

It's OK for a car wash,$5.10 for 5 minutes. They have a large bay for trucks and caravans.

Don't waste ya money on the $20 deluxe auto wash. If you want your car clean, put $3 in the manual bay for soap and brush and $2 to pressure clean rinse.

Great car wash. Everything worked well and cleaned car as expected. Definitely pays to chami your car once done. Worker on site if needed as well.

Waste of money! $5 for 5 mins. Needs to be better instructions in place for first time user's. I always hand wash my car but not much option when you're travelling. $30 wasted and still came out with a filthy car and soap marks all over it from the auto wash.

You can use cash or card. Always good when attendant is present in case something hiccups.The engine cleaner leaks down the hose more than out the sprayer.The final-rinse button didn’t work. Attendant gave extra time and tried to fix it with no luck. We had to move bays. By then the car was dry, and the streaks had alresdy set in.You need a good final spot-free rinse with this water... minus 2 stars
