Henry went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly from the day I visited the showroom until the day of installation of my laminate flooring. of all 5 carpet installers I asked for pricing, Larry was the only person who attended the site to price per measuring, which shows accuracy and professionalism.I didn't mind if they're price was slightly over those who threw a number at me on the phone by just asking for the address and the area of the carpet!the end result is also amazing, they were very accommodating for my project's particular arrangements.

Pleasure to do business with Jack and the team at Jaco Flooring. The visits to the showroom were friendly and informative, with Henry taking care of most of my inquiries. They have a good range of carpets and other flooring options and I am happy with the Australian-made Godfrey Hirst Cool Charm range.Communication was prompt and professional. The free measure and quote was fuss-free. The only qualm I had was that there was some miscommunication about an extra request with the stairs that meant that it didn't get the finish I had originally requested. That said, the overall carpet layout looks and feels good, and it was very affordable.Good job, team!

Just had floorboards installed earlier this month. It was great experience. Henry was very nice and helpful with the whole process including recommending products, choosing colours, providing quotes and organising everything. I had to make changes to installation date and covering area, and he accommodated everything with no issue. Winson came to take accurate measurement and he also gave great suggestions. James and another two gentlemen installed the floorboards in one day. They did a wonderful job! The floor looks so great especially the stairs, they are flawless. I will definitely let my family and friends know if they plan to do their floor.
