I was really disheartened the last time I came in. I was in a great mood & the girls ended up making me feel pretty down when I left, and I was there to spend quite a lot so it left a really bad impression.I thought just one was having a bad day and not very happy to help & I was okay with that (it happens), so I thought I'd try someone else and asked a simple question at the counter which do you think looks better?". The answer I got was "there's no difference

Honestly was a terrible experience for me, store was extremely muggy and hot. The staff member that helped me wasn’t rude but I could tell she wanted to be elsewhere (and I was right because as I left she walked out too), when I was asking to be colour matched and for some advice with combination skin as well as her opinions on brands and basically received nothing. She might be new but if she didn’t have much knowledge I would’ve appreciated her asking another team member for help. Walked out disappointed and kind of insecure as I was willing to get a whole new makeup kit as I need a big upgrade and bought nothing. I got a CT sample which was nice but it’s not my colour as the lighting in there is terrible and I could hear the staff acknowledging that to their customers but I received basically no help from the staff member with me. Won’t be going back to this particular Mecca location.

Friendly staff and happy to help. They are usually busy so you may have to have a bit of patience sometimes but worth it.

This is such a nice place always good customer service, always a staff member there to help and some great products

This afternoon I had a really fun/nice experience at Mecca! The staff were so helpful and nice! They helped me find beautiful gifts for my friends! I also ended up picking a couple of things for myself! Thanks Mecca Miranda team!

Had such a great customer experience with staff member Alicia. She was so kind and incredibly helpful with her advice, knowledge and patience. She shared best techniques for applying eye shadows and was able to make great recommendations based on product knowledge and budget. So glad I happened to pop in and meet Alicia.

I had a great experience at Mecca Miranda. Thank you to Nicole for helping me out & also thank you to the ‘colour makeup specialist’ (damn I forgot her name!!) for helping me choose the perfect eyeshadow palette. I walked out feeling very happy & with a renewed confidence in how to apply the eyeshadow with ease :)

Jess was amazing! She helped me so much and was so friendly and honest. Will recommend Jess the store manager to all friends and family. You can really tell she loves what she does, and helping customers!
