First time here at I play and I love it Maddy was very helpful and friendly. Great staff and awesome atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

For a newly opened establishment, majority of machines/games didn't work properly or were out of order or switched off. Staff not very helpful and really not looking to help. We had to be issues 3-4 free games as 3-4 machines took money but didn't operate properly. With the prizes -very cheap and nasty. My son picked out a squishy ball and when we went outside into the eatery another boy had one that had popped right in front of us- the mother then explained this was the third one replaced and to be very carefully as they were very thin. This place needs to improve in all areas for us to go back and spend money again.

We were in there on Tuesday and none of the staff were willing to serve but stand in a circle chatting to each other.There’s not much games in there and the pricing is a little high apart from guitar hero which I liked that was brought in.There’s games that weren’t working or just not on in general.The prizes were nasty and cheap and not worth the amount of tickets that was being asked for.I quite enjoy timezone and king pin a lot more than this place, even if I have to drive. Atleast the staff have smiles on their faces and are willing to help.

Don't waste your money. Staff are not very interested in helping. Games are out of order. No signs on the games saying if toys you can see and think your playing for are not available. Not much there for little ones and don't think you can go on the bumper carts as the height restrictions are ridiculous, even when going with an adult.Better off going to Lawnton arcade and bumper carts, we will be

Better than the old place by a mile. Pleasant staff. Nice and roomy but there isn't a lot to do there. Good for a quick play but if you want to do a timed package etc you're better off going elsewhere as it isn't good value when only small. Was also reasonably busy when we went the first time, not uncomfortably busy but still not enough of the included colour machines to go around so would recommend avoiding in peak times. Still a good addition to the centre though and hopefully it will expand in time.

A bit expensive. Also, myself & young son found the overall music, bell's & whistles WAY too loud. Pretty sure working there exposed to that continuous high decibel noise would cause hearing damage and go against WORK PLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS. lawsuit waiting to happen.

Not bad place to kill some time before the movies. Some decent deals and friendly staff.

Maddy is the happiest person I’ve ever met it was quite refreshing. Definitely recommend coming back ❤️

Considering the size of the venue I feel like the games lacked, some of the card scanners would not work to initiate games, why does the card scanner say tap to play when you have to swipe? The only thing that was enjoyable out of that venue is the dodgems and even then it's a rip off, $8 PP for 3 minutes to go in circles? Not worth the money honestly. Overpriced for both the extra activities (Dodgems and Laser tag) and the arcade game prices don't make sense? Some are $3 per game and some are $2.20 per game. Not only is it expensive but you have to pay extra for a VIP upgrade and you get maybe a few cents or off of arcade games and like $2 off per activity. The worst part about the outrageous $3 games is they're 1 credit each time so $3 gets you one game to play, most claw machines usually that are $3 give you 4-5 credits. Staff weren't very attentive to customers at the registers, once approached they still took 5-10 minutes for service even then it wasn't good service. Seemed like they weren't enjoying their jobs at all. Wont be coming back anytime soon.#bringbackintencity
