The intercom at the drive through is awful. I have to yell to order, and there's a harsh electronic feedback echo. It takes a long time to make an order as the person on the other end can't hear that well either and there is a lot of back and forth.The restaurant runs out of ingredients sometimes - at least on two occasions within the span of a month, as far as I've seen.Drive-through can be slow, even during less busy times.The food is good most of the time, and it's good value for what it is. There have been times when I've gotten sloppily made burritos/wraps but that's quite rare.Customer service is mostly good. The staff are friendly and efficient and doing their best even with the broken intercom. I've had a couple of interactions with disinterested staff but nothing too rude.

Clean, fast and lots of parking. The establishment was very new. The takeaways in store were fast and the service was friendly. Meal was nice and my boy was happy.

Food was yummy however they were a bit heavy handed on the sour cream. Service might need some attention as the girl at first window asked me to repeat my order twice and still managed to mess it up, only a minor issue but won't let it slide again. Got the triple supreme taco deal, was great value - asked for two soft shells and one hard shell and was unpleasantly greeted with TWO hard shells and ONE soft shell. pretty disappointing... additionally, the staff seemed to find something rather funny as they would not stop snickering and staring at me. Honestly give this establishment a miss and head down to Annerley Taco bell and be greeted by the show stopping star employee Kadija.

While on holiday in Coorporoo we ordered over $80 worth of food for our family from the local Taco Bell. When it was delivered we found two large chips were missing. We called to inform them to and they gave us two options 1. come and pick them up or 2. come to the store to get a refund. This completely defeats the purpose of home delivery. They refused to deliver despite taking responsibility for the missing chips. Terrible service and no responsibility taken for their mistake. Don’t eat here, eat somewhere that has the customer in mind.

Food was good and it was cheaper than other Mexican restaurants. Customer service can be improved. I went for Dine in but got my order in a takeaway package!!

How exciting to have even more choice of fast food in Coorparoo - the suburb that has grown in diversity of food choices - the entrance faces the apartment complex side street, with the drive through snaking around the building clockwise, so be aware it’s the first left immediately entering the property from driveway, which itself is located on the Holdsworth/St Leonards street off of Old Cleveland Rd.

Terrible first experience of Taco Bell. We went to drive through and ordered some dessert-snack in late evening, as we were on our way home. But then we ended up waited in the drive through queue for more than half an hour! Unbelievable! Okay, to be fair, How many cars were in front of us? TWO! The car in front of us complained about the wait BUT he got a very very rude response by Taco staff. Not only the staff needs efficiency training, they really needs more customer service training. I hope their management reads this and investigate.
