Had two remedial massages with Josiah to treat back and neck pain that I had been suffering from for 6 months. I had tried several different treatments prior to seeing him, none of which had made a difference but after two sessions with Josiah I feel as good as I can ever remember. Very knowledgeable therapist and I highly recommend him.

I had a difficult time after a recent knee operation, having problems with a dehiscence at the end of my wound and severe pain in my thigh. Alexia gave me some supplements and within a week the pain in my thigh disappeared. The tinctures also helped with repairing the wound so I was very happy! Thank you, Alexia. 10 out of 10 IMHO :D

I was recommended to see Alexia as I have issues with my left Knee and my right Hip, I have tried Physiotherapy and Excises Physiologist and not much progress due to the nature of the problem, but Alexia way is to find out the cause of the injury and make an action plan to massage various part of the body which are direct connected with the Knee and Hip.I am on my second visit, and I start to see already some constructive results. There is no magic, but I am very confident if we are on the right path I will for sure avoid surgeries in the near future.

Alexia has made a HUGE improvement to my quality of every day being in just two treatments. Very greatly reduced pain levels and significantly improved mobility. So grateful to have been told about her.Having completed the full structural integration series now, I am feeling better than I have done in 3 years. Alexia has got me back on track physically, which in turn, has had a very beneficial impact on my mental health as well as general well being.
