If i can put minus, i would.We were charge thousands dollor for a shower chair for 1 of our disable family member, then in July we were provided with a unusable shower chair- too huge to put in any shower room!, we called the delivery guy, then the office, was advised that a replacement would be organised. then after 4months, we still no shower chair to use. we have been calling, writing emails, but no answer. we feel so stressed - how could you just walk away with your customer's money and left your disadvantaged customer in danger with not suitable product? what a shame, hope someone from your organisation with heart could contact us

Went in to enquire about items and the lady at the front desk wasn't really useful tbh asked if they didn't stock would she be able to direct us in the right direction again didn't seem to interested in assisting. Not really good customer service attitude to have as the front desk.
