My wife & I were looking to carry out some extensions to our Norwest home. We decided to carry out the work as owner builders. While organising trades was something we were very familiar with having worked on a number of DYI projects in the past. What we weren't so familiar with was the design aspect and all the approvals necessary to start the project. At this point we engaged Santolo Building Designs . They took care of all the design, drafting, Engineering certificates and CDC approvals . Fantastic customer service with quick turn around time .
