I buy full detailing interior and exterior. They say me 3 times it is finish I check all time not clean probably this pictures are after 3rd time still no clean probably out side as well as. Pay price include cut and polish but did only hand polish no recommended any one even from Groupon price

Worst experience. Got their full car detailing worth $120 and the result was like $29 wash & detail. Not worth the money spent. Lots of scuff marks and scratches even after their infamous “cut & polish”.I’d Never ever go there again and will never recommend even to friends.

Had an aweeome experience here at Sunshine Star, the boys took care of my Lexus and will definitely come back! Very friendly staff and great service! Loved the work done on the car mats and even the seat rails - they now work seamlessly as I adjust the seat settings.Been shopping around for a local quality car wash and can't find any competitors that offer better value for your money!

Had scoopon coupon for 1/2 price superwash. Original price was $30.. coupon was $15 for the wash.. team not aware of how to process, so still had to pay full price, $15 coupon plus $15..cash is expected, but do have eftpos.. which was still reasonable, for a basic clean. Don’t expect a great job, wheels still a bit dirty, no effort, and as I am a smoker, requested special attention be paid to windscreen, which still has a slight film and streaking. Like I said, good for a basic clean, but not recommended to bring your pride and joy spotless.

I live in a retirement village in Albion and today I had the most fantastic service from this company. Came in with dirty car for a full detailing (omg my car was filthy) and 3 hours later, I sat is a gleaming car - a car I did not recognise. The owner was courteous as were his staff. I will definitely be coming back to this company. Amazing service and sooooo polite.

I was sitting inside the room studying magazines and observing from inside but guess what they did, they didn’t applied any wax and polish on the exterior parts. They washed my car with normal water, not washed with hands properly. not cleaned with towels properly. not applied chemicals on windscreen, glasses, didn’t applied on dashboard, doors, not vacuumed in the boot and owner is still thinking that I am not watching them. they just kept my car for 56mints. I didn’t argued with owner and I payed the damage because I know that one day the owner will suffer in his business very badly.Don’t ever earn money easily from innocent people by not doing proper work@ownerIf u done a proper work then I don't think to give my negative feedback here.

For the groupon price, I was very happy with it! Car is nice and shiny, solid vacuum and wipe down (not perfect but for the $ it was totally acceptable), service was quick, person behind the desk was nice. Would recommend

When hubby turned up with the printed out voucher that I received from yourselves the workers were confused about the voucher and had communication issues. They kept asking hubby how much he paid and wanted proof of payment. This was finally resolved after 30 mins of confusion and finally calling their boss. When hubby picked up the car he noticed the windows had not been cleaned and told them this. There are still spots and stains that hubby had asked to be removed in the interior that have not been. Steam cleaning would have definitely removed these. The sheen on the tyres are very patchy. The whole “detailing” was sub standard. We are definitely not happy at all. The“workers” do not do a professional job. Please save your money and don’t go here. I am not sure who wrote the previous reviews but I don’t believe they could have gone to the same place.
