I am really happy with the photos I had framed. The service, support, patience and great ideas were all very helpful. The staff weren't pushy and had great suggestions for framing and tried to make it as cost effective for me. They listened to me about my photos, particularly about the one pictured, as it was tricky to work out which way up it went! I'll definitely be going back.

I had to have a print framed within 4 days and the amazing lady Sally? I think? Was so great and managed to have it framed beautifully the very next day. Amazing service and a beautiful, high quality finished product! I’ll be using this as my “go to” for future framing.

Don't get many items framed and gave Frames Now a chance. They did a great job on my first picture and followed this up with an equally good effort on item 2.The rating is a cautious one as I have no one to make a comparison. That said the staff were friendly and helpful. The price seemed ok for the quality of frame and workmanship. I will go back when I have something else to frame.

I went into Frames Now Southland with a sketch that was not valuable in money but very sentimental.The young man that served me gave me all the time and attention helping me find the best frame that suited the sketch work.He did not rush me and try and sell me something I didn’t want.I picked this up today after only one week. It looks amazing. Thank you very much for helping me.

Visited Frames Now to have a custom image framed.The staff were very friendly and very helpful.The range of products available was impressive and it took no time at all to find exactly the right frame, colour and border surround.Received an email about a week later to tell me that it was readyWent back to the store a few days after that and again received the same friendly service.Couldn't be happier with the outcome.Top quality workmanship.Very Happy
