Very professional staff, I brought my car in for a dent repair and the turn around to complete was earlier than expected. The repair was done immaculately as well. Definitely would recommend :)

I had my car repaired at Lustre Glo. This is one of the BEST smash repairers I ever dealt with. Extremely professional, great communication from Georgia in the office, I had changed my booking a number of times & Georgia was so lovely and patient.David was very professional and completed my repairs 2 days ahead of schedule which was very much appreciated. In addition, he completed a few other minor fix ups which were not included in the original quote. this was such a kind thing to do and made such a difference to me.I would highly recommend David and the Lustre Glo team.

Referred to Lustre-Glo after repairs from previous insurer appointed repairer turned out to be a disaster. David and the team from Lustre Glo provided exceptional service, listened to the complaints i had from previous repairer and ensured car was fixed to above expectation standard. The paintwork is as good, if not better than new. Deep and lustrous on a tricky metallic black colour. David and his team also fixed the trim broken by previous repairer to original condition.The service, attention to detail and care however is truly exceptional. My car was presented to me with pride, showing they really did take personal satisfaction with the quality of their exceptional work.I would highly recommend Lustre-Glo to anyone who really values their car.

What wonderful people, they took the time to explain everything and did such a professional and profanely good job, even leaving my car looking like it came off the assembly line when new (inside and out). I had an issue with my car so had to go in a few times to have this fixed - due to no fault of theirs. They dropped my car back home to me and delivered me a gift for the inconvenience. I've never received such personal customer experience. Fabulous customer service. In particular, Georgia at front desk is a delight to receive a call from. Will also be letting my insurance company know how great the service was - very happy!!!

Did an amazing job with 2 insurance claims I had. They were able to squeeze me in before Christmas and the car looks great!They washed and cleaned my interiors too! So detailed that they even covered chipped paint marks with white paint.Thank you!!

Amazing local Service. Just went in for a quote and by the time I left they had cleaned up my scratch and put some touch up paint on the small scratch for the interim. The way my wife drives I can compare smash repsirers with some experience. The people at Lustre Glo are a cut above the average. They go beyond what they have to do and they are just nice people. Plus they do a great, timely repair.
