WORTH EVERY PENNY!My MacBook Pro's logicboard died... again... after having been replaced less than four months prior. This time it was an absolute disaster, as I hadn't backed up for three weeks, and I was going to lose all of my work and all of the evidence of my recent road-trip.Took it to Apple and they were just going to replace the board not caring about the data. Took it back and decided to try and get the data retrieved and, knowing this place was near my house, gave it to them.I paid the $299 rush fee to get it to the front of the line (it was Thursday afternoon) and, after a tense weekend, I got the word from Nick that he had retrieved all of my data from the board (he communicated with me every step and I really appreciated it!).I just had to wait for the new part to arrive when he would replace the board and also replace all of my data!The data retrieval cost only $199 (I had called other places and this was a quarter of those prices with no guarantees!) and... miracle of miracles... it was like the disaster had never happened! I now backup every night, sometimes more often but I can never thank Nick and MacMedic Mosman enough for saving my data and my working life!

Always super professional and helpful beyond the standards of Apple themselves. This is the perfect example of a company that puts the customer first. Tim is excellent. Thank you!

Dropped by MacMedic with AirPods that no longer worked. They fixed them in 30 seconds (lint blockage) and refused to take any money. Great service and great people, thank you guys and highly recommend!

I just had a great experience at MacMedic Mosman. My mouse wasn't working and I was completely surprised that the problem was I was using cheap batteries! The mouse was just fine and works now with the right batteries... Thank you guys!!

I've been an Apple customer for @15 years (iMac's, MacBook, multiple iPhones)Took my MacBook to them due to a flickering screen. They quoted $800 and something to replace even though the screen was replaced a few years ago due to crazing. This computer is only used very occasionally mostly when I travel.With todays's new equivalent being @$1500 I called them the next day asking if they had started the repair. They hadn't. I said I'd prefer to pick it up. The person who I was speaking to, Adrian said 'could I do it as soon as possible so as not to waste anymore of their time' !! When I went into the shop I asked who on earth was Adrian? ... He's the manager I was told!Adrian, if you're hormonal you have my sympathy but it's the Apple store from now on for me.

This must be your go to for Apple tech help. Neither Apple phone Support or the Genius Bar knew how to download all the photos off my old iPod Nano, but Adrian had all my photos downloaded onto my Mac in 5 minutes!
