We did several tax returns with Samina.I can't speak highly enough of her.She's brilliant, patient, friendly, approachable and super competent.Unfortunately I no longer live in Brisbane but I highly recommend her.Thank you Samina!

I attended an appointment in November 2019 to get help with my tax return. I provided all of my documentation upon the first visit and as I write this in April of 2020, nothing has been resolved. I have received very poor communication in the state of my return and this has left me in a tough financial position. I would not recommend, and I deeply regret trusting them in completing my return. I am currently looking into escalating this issue so that my return can get handled correctly.

I paid 1/3 of the return on the fee for the service. Terrible experience, and the accountant wasn’t listening or catering to my work from home arrangement.

It’s total waste of time they will lodge your tax a week after you went to their office they will tell you that they dont keep records but they will just send it to their main office and for quality control damn false advertisements now way That Im going to use this company again
