I purchased a new Shearwater dive computer, and the divemaster who sold it to me, gave me a great rundown on how to use the dive computer, which made the transition from one type of computer to another very easy.Thanks Mark for your help.I recommend DIVE IMPORTS for all your recreational diving activities.

Have bought 3-5 products in the last couple of months and have had to send two of the back. The young staff are all to happy on the first call then ignore any subsequent attempts to contact! I wound up having to send the computer I bought back to Suunto myself without any help from Dive Imports and I have also had to contact the manufacturer myself to answer questions on the recent return! I guess that's their way of saying thank you for the business??

Staff all helpful & informative, excellent layout and equipment in the shop, thoroughly enjoyed open water boat diving out of Terrigal with Dive Imports - Divemaster Chris took good care of us! Looking forward to diving with them again. Cheers!

I purchased some dive weights from the store on the 9th of November. No contact nor any info until I emailed the store on the 16th of November.On the 18th of November my email was responded to.I was told the system had a glitch and they would be ready for delivery on the Monday.I needed the weights to complete my set-up.So I purchased the weights elsewhere and asked for a refund and my credit card to be credited and cancel the order. Yep OK no worries, we are sorry about that.It is now the 25th of November still no refund. I have sent a further email with no response.I have tried calling the store over a dozen times to only hear a recorded message saying the days they are closed.Not sure what is going on, even if the store is still trading.

The Staff at Dive imports were very friendly, knowledgeable and prompt in the service supplied and did what they said they would do.I recommend them and also if you are a bit lacking in your understanding, give them a ring and they will discuss your needs and advise on the best that is for you.Supply of equipment once ordered was quicker than I though it would be.Thank you all round.

Ordered a product online. Was advised the order had been processed and ready for shipping. Weeks went by and no delivery. No response to emails. Was advised after a phone call that the product ordered was not available and is no longer in production and was promised a refund. Over a week later and no refund has been given.Above issue has been resolved satisfactorily.

Great course well instructed and good equipment. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Saw a lot more fish and marine life than what I was expecting.

These guys are great. I ordered a brand name wet suit and the image included a detachable hood. I assumed that it came with the hood, but it actually didn't. When the wet suit was delivered without a hood I reached out to them, they told me it was not included and I prepared myself for the too bad
