I see Jason for treatment, sore back, sore elbows and hips he does it all and even if it hurts sometimes it’s always worth it and feel so much better afterwards will always recommend Jason or anyone at MMT in general they are all lovely and the methods they use work!

After years of having back problems including buldging disks, I had seen multiple physios with no real gain. I went to see Blake and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Not only am I moving more freely, I'm not in constant pain. The treatment plan was explained thoroughly and kept me motivated to do it. Thanks Blake!

I'd booked in to see a senior therapist - I usually see Darcy, Aaron or Ninja but straight after that session decided to go back for more on the same day - Tash had a free spot to fit me in - I'm so glad it worked out that way! She hit all the right spots, was intuitive and super friendly. She knows what she's doing that's for sure. Tash at MMT - SO GOOD!

I see Jason Cowland weekly, I have for 2+ years. He is amazing, he has somehow gotten my shoulders back in swimming condition, and literally kept my neck in working order post surgery. I refuse to see anyone else, super star.

Blake has been of great help to me as I have been working through bicep tendinopathy and hip impingement issues over the last few months. He is very passionate about what he does - a must try for anyone experiencing muscular aches and pains. Far more helpful than any of the numerous physios and osteos I have seen in the past. Highly recommend

Meeting Darcy over a year ago now, my body composition was not in great shape. Suffering from multiple bulging disks and after seeing me other treatment practitioners I was always going to be cautious about trusting another practitioner but after 8 weeks of commitment, i was sold and have never looked back.My first goal was to be able to be comfortable walking to now being able to run a marathon. I couldn’t have done it with our Darcy and I really do highly recommend Darcy and his team to anyone.They don’t only treat you, they support you, easily contactable outside of your appointment and just generally great people.

Love this place ! As soon as you walk in you’re welcomed by all of the friendly staff and the positive vibe of the place. All of their staff seem to genuinely enjoy working there. I’ve been receiving massage from Nina for the past couple of weeks for my tight neck and upper back and since seeing her I have been feeling relieved of my chronic pain and haven’t had any headaches as I usually do. Nina is fantastic! She made me feel comfortable from the beginning which, as a young woman in her twenty’s, is very important when receiving massage. Nina took care to ask me where I required treatment each time and paid close attention to spots I felt most pain. She also has great pressure when massaging! I highly recommend this place and seeing therapist Nina to anyone requiring deep tissue massage and relief from chronic pain.

I have been seeing Tash (Myotherapist Extraordiaire) for over 6 years on & off. When I first saw Tash, I was struggling with back (broken back in 2 places,) & shoulder issues. I did not exercise as it pained me to do it. After working with Tash, I got my body in order and she provided the necessary motivation to get out there. My Wife and I now walk or ride everyday. This is very much down to the effort and encouragement that Tash provided to the both of us. Could not get a better therapist anywhere!!!
