Company is a complete joke, would rather walk than bother dealing with whoever owns this business. Left us on the side of the road for hours with no explanation and no apology. Deplorable

The guy who answered the phone was soo rude and aggressive. Stated that it will take 10-15 minutes for a taxi to arrive. I called back after 22 minutes had gone by and he said “I told you it will take 15 minutes”. When the taxi finally arrives after 29 minutes had gone by, she drives past me where I was standing on my driveway and parks at the next door house. She doesn’t greet me even after I said “hello how are you”. She then drives the wrong way on a one way street and I had to tell her that it is a one way street.

Obsolutely pathetic behaviour from one of your driver's tonight. Sat behind him patiently in the right lane. Was doing under the speed limit so I over took. He continued to flash me multiple times then followed me through the lights at dalyellup. I got out the car at the red light to ask why he was flashing me - his response was that I had no brains" then continued to flash me after the lights. Have everything on dash cam. Disgusting behaviour"

Pre booked and then told last minute our fare was cancelled since they received a better fare.Poor service wont be using again.
