Ruined $2000 worth of shirts by putting safety pins through them. Now all my work shirts have holes in them. Seriously???

Great job. Made a tired old suit look brand new.

Overall my experience is very poor. They ruined my suit and don't want to take responsibility for it.I spoke with the owner Larry and said you have to either fix it or compensate for my damaged suit. I even told him that my suit means a lot to me, since it's birthday present from my Wife. He just simply hung up the phone and don't want to talk to me to resolve the issue.Very dissapointed with their customer service and lack of responsibility!

Absolutely awful dry cleaner! They took my wife’s favourite jacket and returned it stained and dirty. There was a ticket attached to it clearly stating the collar hadn’t been cleaned and yet despite this and the fully visible stains on it they held it for ransom until I paid for the service. When I questioned what they’d actually done, the owner/manager Larry abused and yelled at me, calling me names and demanding I pay stating that whilst it couldn’t be cleaned, I had to pay nonetheless. He also told me if I left it with him again for another attempted clean, I had to accept that I may receive it in a damaged state. What kind of customer service is this? They hold your items ransom, verbally abuse you and threaten to destroy your clothes! Stay far away from these thieves. Take your clothes literally anywhere else.

My husband took a Melton jacket of mine to be dry cleaned and asked the woman to read the instructions as the buttons need to be taped . On return a button was missing . I went back to them just wanting an apology and To discuss a solution . The owner was defensive , rude and showed no customer skills at all . Said he doubted that the jacket had even been dry cleaned - despite me having the slip . Said the buttons were to big to have gone through the dry cleaner and pretty much called me a liar . Extremely poor customer service and we will definitely not be using their services again! Extremely disappointing and poor service on all levels .

Morley Dry Cleaners have been Owned and Run by the same family for over 50years.That's Amazing accomplishment in today's world.Not only are they a Family Run Business, the service and attention to detail are Well the Absolute Best.

Located on the main road next to PastaCup, has plenty of parking space.The staff who run this place are always so friendly, the store is close enough to Galleria to walk over and kill the short amount of time you have to wait till your suits and dresses are done.They look after you clothes well and work pretty efficiently, I’ve never had a single issue. Always happy to use their services!Pricing is pretty good too!

I can not thank this team enough. Called them in the afternoon in panic as another drycleaner had stained and marked my daughters ball dress and we had 24 hrs to either try and fix or be faced with finding another dress.Our whole experience with them was professional, helpful and honest, from the moment the man (sorry didn't catch your name) answered the phone saying bring it down let me look at it, and if can fix they will get it done by 9am next day through to today when my very happy daughter picked it up all fixed, clean and looking fab.Highly Recommend!!Thank you again

Quick turnaround, no fuss. Cash only but can pay on collection so no issue. Happy with the quality of the dry clean too.
