Dropped by for a mid-week lunch for two, taking advantage of their three share meals for $40. Such great value and the perfect amount of food for two, although we did add in a bowl of fries. Lovely, fresh flavours, generous portions and everything prepared really well.

This little Cafe has it's country charm in a growing suburbia, ecclectic decor, a wobbly step and a barn door. Parking this morning was plentiful. We sat inside, out of the cold and away from the bustling road.We had a newborn baby and could manoeuvre a pushchair indoors, should we not have been the only patrons indoors that could've ended up being a challenge (we lifted the push chair up the few stairs no ramp).The menu was lovely with options to suit some of the fussiest eaters..... we had one that just wanted bacon and eggs on toast. I ordered the Big breakfast. It was delicious. However was disappointed in the size of the hash browns. They were small triangles that couldn't make up one regular size hash brown. I'm not sure if this particular day was delivery day however drink items advertised on thier digital menu were not available thus requiring us to change our choices.Overall prices were as expected for any cafe.

We had breakfast here this morning. Mother's Day and very busy. Meal didn't take long and it was just the best breakfast ever. Food was delicious, and plentiful. Staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely going back

Whistlestop cafe is in a old house and is very quaint..Inside ,verandah and outdoor seating.I sat outside as couldn't get up steps with walker but that's ok,it was a beautiful day and we had full view of the smoker that was cooking the meat for the nights festivities. I had gnocchi bolognaise..It was very tasty but some of the gnocchi was hard..overall I enjoyed it..My friend had the Canadian breakfast..It's not the prettiest of meals but the pancakes were nice..I did think it was a bit strange to have an egg on top of the pancakes with syrup but people obviously like it.

Popped in for brunch. Unfortunately food wait times were 45-50mins (advice was noted at the front counter which was great). We ordered food from servery display fridge for a quick bite instead, unfortunately they missed the order for the ham and cheese croissants. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant has a warning atmosphere. coffee is great.

I was a little bit torn giving this review. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff were very friendly and polite, offering free tasters of pizza and dessert. The food and coffee were average. The main issue for us was the 45 minute wait for the food when the place was near empty. So for food that was average I didn't think the 45 minute wait for breakfast was proportionate. Parking at the time we were there was very limited so I wouldn't recommend group visits.

One of worst café experience in my life.First of all waiter forgot coke. I asked 15mins later, girl gave me straight way. I had to order different counter for kids fresh juice. We were waiting juice for more than 20mins. I went back to juice counter, girl saw me and said I’m making now darling, I had to make 2 smoothies took 10mins each. I went back to my seat, juice came out 30seconds ( very small, cost $5.) I would say if forgot my order, just say it. If other order took that long, you should not put in menu or train properly or just make juice first because it took less than 1mins. We had to cancel our meal order as waiting more than 45mins. Very disappointed.
