I had dropped my phone before, and came here to get it fixed. The guy fixed my phone for alot cheaper than other places I had looked at.A month later I plugged my phone in and had an issue with the screen. Brought it back and the guy was so helpful and understanding.Great service guy

My phone kept restarting itself so I took it to Bruce. He sorted the problem out immediately and replaced the damaged part. Although the new part still has some problems, making me to replace it again, Bruce is still very effective and helpful.I used to take my phone to other stores, they spent whole afternoon but even cannot figure out whether is it is a software or hardware problem. Therefore, I recommended Bruce's store to my friends.

Great service and best price! I walked into at least 5 other phone repair stores that day for a quotation of repair costs for my phone. At Fonfix I payed 50$-100$ less then the other shops offered me. Reparation was fast and professional, I got a full screen replacement and they even replaced the edges of my phone inclusive. Customer service was outstanding!

Excellent service - fast and professional service. Sent my phone for repair at 1pm and got it back at 2pm today. Told the owner that water went into my phone. The dual sim cards and camera did not work. Owner quoted me a price and told me that if they cannot repair, I will be charged a nominal fees. My phone works great like before.Many thanks for the excellent work and service.Strongly recommend ... 5 stars!

Really happy with the service from the Melbourne Central store. My phone was not charging and not holding a charge. Had the battery and charging port replaced and had not skipped a beat since. The turnaround times are very quick and the price was more than reasonable.

My Pixel 4a had some water damage in the USB port which stopped the phone from charging. Bruce was straight to the point, good communication through email and had the phone fixed within a two days. Good value as I was quoted as much as double from other places.

Dishonest company, do not use. I was assured by Bruce that the cover on my samsung he was replacing was a genuine samsung screen. Within 6 days the screen started to go patchy, then after 24hrs I could not use my phone. I took the phone to samsung to get it fixed, and they confirmed it was not a genuine samsung screen. Fonfix would not offer refund.In response to the below - Neither the screen nor the glass protector were smashed. The phone screen just blanked out and unusable.

I got a new screen protector and the guy didnt install it properly. After 3rd visit to the store , he still couldn't and was rude and abusive. Totally unprofessional, wouldnt tell me his name, had tattoo on his right hand. Will never recommend them to anyone.
