I recently bought a Car from the team at power Ford and they were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the car I purchased. They actually took the time to run through all the features of the new car. I have to say that I am a very satisfied customer.

2018 Ranger under warranty could not start reliably over the holiday period so elected not to drive to avoid being stranded. Called Power Ford on 3/1/23 at 1054am and spoke to Trevor who said bluntly they can only look at it on 7/2/23. No sympathy and no other advice given. I understand it’s busy at the start of the year but having provisions for emergency repairs for customers should be a service standard. Called another dealership and booked in for the same week.Update 6/1/23: I received a call from Victor (dealer principal) and Mario (service manager) the same day and was booked in the next. They have been short staffed and offered their apologies. My vehicle was fixed in two days, including addressing another minor problem. Overall, I think this situation could have been avoided if dialogue occurred at the outset and options were given to the customer. 1 star to 5 for a great service recovery.

I called Power Ford to book a first service. This service takes the least amount of time of all services. I was told the earliest time would be in five (5) weeks time! I then called one of their competitors (Thomson Ford) and had it booked in the very next day. The service took 45 minutes. Power Ford is my closest dealer and I am a return customer. If that’s the best you can do, you have lost me. I will take my business elsewhere.

My car needed warranty repairs that was less than 3 years old. Numerous emails and calls with no response until I mentioned getting Fair Trading involved.Afterwards they were happy to speak to me. I was contacted by their head mechanic who was next level arrogant and rude (and you could also include the lady behind the counter when I had to re-contact the dealership) and wanted to argue about the repairs needed. This being after an independent mechanic inspected the car and found the issues.I asked for a loan car as it was a warranty job, head mechanic refused saying that's not their problem how I get about and that it would be several months before they could even look at repairing the issue and that's after they wanted the car for a day minimum to check the car.No care in the world, just poor customer service. Contacted Thomson Ford, who were happy to have the car booked in within 2 weeks. The car was repaired at Thomson Ford with no questions asked. I was also given a rental car to get around in, again no questions asked. Avoid at all costs.And going by their reviews, a lot of people are going to Thomson Ford, so over having a dig at people leaving honest feedback, look at your own staff first and their mannerisms.I have owned several Fords over the years and been loyal, but Toyota it is from now on.And yes Power Ford, I have an inspection receipt for when you initially looked at the car. Own the problem over deflecting it.

I haven’t physically attended this dealership however have attended to this dealership via phone call. As an individual who is not known to the procedure of car servicing etc I first felt confident to seek for assistance with castle Hill Ford to discuss with the service section about some questions regarding my vehicle. I was not pleased with the service I received during the phone call with a specific staff member as the customer service given was unsatisfactory and slightly rude that I did not feel confident for the phone call to move forward. The reason I rated this with an extra star was that the service team manager was able to contact me back and assist with my query confidently and in a friendly matter.

I've spoken to your sales dept twice requesting for a test drive. I understand that an Everest Trend isn't available for test at the moment however none of them expressed any interest in accommodating my request about scheduling a discussion after 4PM. I don't have any information about what their names were though. I anyway went with another Ford dealership where the service was even worse. So we've already excluded Ford and going with Toyota.
