Purchased a $1000 rug - immediately had faults w shedding. Despite multiple attempts to communicate via emails, phone calls, and SMS the management ignored us. On physically returning the rug to the Nerang HQ Michael claimed the fault was due to a dog scratching the rug.He was rude & condescending.He required that we take it through the Office Of Fair trade.Disappointing experience.

Unbelievably rude & condescending owner of the business (Michael). Sold us a faulty $1k rug that was faulty (wilting) then refused to replace it (advised us that our dog had caused the wilting). Our baby was eating the fluff which is why we flagged the fault.

I have just bought rugs from your Bundaberg store and after three trips from Hervey Bay to Bundaberg finally got what I wanted. A big thank you to Darin Mionnet who put up with me changing my mind so many times .he was so pleasant to deal with and He was so patient and so helpful nothing was too much trouble.he is a gem. I wish every store had a Darin.
