Lovely and helpful staff. Can happily recommend as a valued service centre.

I have a Barina Holden and a couple weeks ago they replaced a Coil pack with about $600. Some issues happened last week and after checking the car they said that you have to replace the new Coil pack. I accepted and said that no problem please do that. Every thing was good until I said that according the part guarantee there is no need that I pay for the same part again. The manager said that let me double check and called me back and said a long story about the my engine problems and need to fix all the gasket parts and it costs about $2500. When he found that the part is under the guarantee coverage, he completely changed what he said. So, I am disappointed and not recommended at all.

Sorry Rose Park. I don't know if it was just bad luck but my car broke down twice shortly after you serviced it. New Alternator and Radiator required. You were not helpful when I rang about being broken down so went with RAA recommendation both times and will now be going to them to get my car serviced in future. You did fix my front car seats so thanyou for doing that.

On bus route easy to get home without relying on others. They fixed my car and finding the error code on computer system running with my car. No problem now. Same problem could have been so many other things..

Ignatius took great care of my Holden Captiva and was more than happy to go the extra mile, from a customer service perspective. Very refreshing to have your car serviced, by an honest bunch that aren’t trying to rip you off at every turn. Couldn’t recommend the service centre at City Holden Rose Park (and Ignatius in particular) more highly. I’ll definitely be taking my car there again for future services and repairs.

Rang to asking about a quote for my commodore and had horrible service, I acidently rang up twice and the lady on the phone was rude and started saying I was silly for calling because I didn't know nailsworth Holden was the same as the rose park Holden dealer, even though they have different numbers, even after I had apologised for ringing twice she still made fun of me for it.never going to go back if their customer service is this appalling, especially after the quote the gave me was between $40-$135 extra than anywhere else I rang, I'm not paying extra for bad customer service, was appalling behaviour, sad to see from somewhere that has such high reviews.

Not the biggest outlet in Australia but they certainly punch above their weight in terms of service quality and customer care. They have diagnosed and repaired my car with issues that I know a lot of other dealerships would ignore or 'tape over'. Highly recommended.

Nice coffee but Holden service ??? But could not fix VE sedan computer lock out on audio or aircond??? What are the GMH mob doing these days - even their trained techs cant fix their own cars??

Great, fast and professional service, Holden Rose Park have looked after many of my cars. Can sometimes be a bit painful to get to, but reasonably convenient location if you are on the East side of town. Never had an issue, and will continue to have my cars serviced here!
