Absolutely disgusting customer service, woman on the phone should be sacked, she was rude and showed no care to misdelivered freight. Tracking system shows 1 parcel as being delivered on 28th Oct, it has not shown up and her way helping was to say she wasn't at work last week so she doesn't know where it was delivered to. I told her I had another package due to arrive today 31st Oct and she told me not to take any notice of the tracking system because it's wrong and the parcel hasn't even arrived in Brisbane yet. They collected both parcels from Melbourne 7 days ago. Absolutely useless courier service, stay away !! 100% the worst logistics company ever.

Yet again we have not received our freight from the 23.3.22 and it only had to come 15kms. You fail to acknowledge or attempt to find it, no one can actually contact you as you refuse to answer phones and your drivers are obviously highly trained at being incompetent [that is a plus for you I guess as you have this done right] Do not blame the floods because that did not eventuate until the 25th. If by the hand of god it arrives along with another order from last week [3.3.22] you can keep it and do what ever you with 'lost freight' staff xmas fund probably....

Useless always late, packages go missing. Rude customer service staff on the phone like it's always my fault a package is delayed or missing. And not just covid time but it's worse now because of it.

Terrible customer service by the delivery person! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Left me a voicemail with attitude because I didn’t answer his call as I was driving home from work. Not helpful when I was trying to find out how to get my parcel redelivered. This “Tom” needs to be let go if this is how he chooses to represent their company.

Consistently poor service and slow delivery times. Tracking not reliably updated. Deliveries attempted when our business is closed even though there are notes on our account and on the connote. Have also left items unattended with no ATL specifically stated on the connote and in their system. Avoid using this company at all costs!

Zero communication relative to the receipt, dispatch, handling, location/tracking, transport, time frames, delivery, etc of an item worth thousands of dollars, even after an email request for information two weeks subsequent to them initially receiving the package. Then miraculously, one day after the email to their head office it arrives with damaged packaging and with a piece of the stainless steel item inside sticking 3 inches on of the box. To the drivers credit he declared the damaged packaging on handover, though other than his courteous and professional gesture, the company's performance was amateurish at best and not remotely reflective of even the minimum standard expected from a national carrier.

The RUDEST customer service I have ever experienced. I didn’t get her name, but she is incredibly miserable and provides no effort to solving any problems, terrible communication, zero empathy of the situation And then hangs up on you.

Zero stars if that was even possible! Worst customer service ever ! Driver rang and refused to come pick up a package I was returning because I couldn’t help him lift it as I’m pregnant! I tried to ring the office to talk to them and no one answered or got back to me.
