Bamboozle
I bought a dress from here and was not permitted to try it on on the day (my impression was that this was because of Covid so fair enough). The dress didn't fit right at all and when I brought it back, unworn, with the tags still on, she said that they don't do returns and assured me patronizingly that You'll like it one day". Disappointed with this service

I would like to commend Kay and her staff for their integrity and honesty (not to mention all the wonderful temptations on offer at Bamboozle). I lost a necklace which had great sentimental value to me. Kay called me a few days later having found it and posted the item to me soon after. Thank you Kay.

Kay the sales lady was awesome extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She was so friendly non pushy and a beautiful lady. I am from Newcastle and will definitely be back even just to buy her a coffee and say hi.
