My nickname is Bambi, so i got myself lots of Bambi merch. ☺️

music blasting as loud as possible i can’t hear anything around me especially while checking out, staff all only seem to care about each other and ignoring customers all whilst i’m standing in front of them trying to pay for my items. I’m all for loud music during a shift but that was a bit excessive.

First time coming into the store and I cannot believe how amazing the girls are in there!!! Thank you so much Taylor and Renee for helping me pick an outfit for my engagement!!! Those girls are an asset to this business and deserve a raise I swear! I cannot mention enough how amazing they are (:

Entered your store not long ago and was quickly greeted by a young girl and was impressed with her eagerness to help me until she couldn’t be bother pulling the watches out that I was interested in because she “couldn’t reach “ them but rather briefly ask another co worker if all watches were the same price to which she responded yes they are. So instead of taking some time in getting out the one I was interested in she asks another co worker about a price that she didn’t exactly know. I felt like she just couldn’t be bothered and I was made to feel uncomfortable in trying to purchase a product that I actually have money for. It’s a shame too because I have shopped there before without an issue until today.

I usually love shopping at universal but this specific stores staff have the most disgusting attitude I’ve encountered in a long time. I had JUST picked up a shirt to look at the sizing & the girl came up behind me asking to put it on the counter for me which I just replied no thanks as I was just looking at it she then rolled her eyes at me and threw her hands up I tried to ignore it as I kept looking around she then continues to give me very filthy looks I started feeling VERY uncomfortable and decided to leave mind you I was shopping for my birthday and wanted a nice outfit.As I was leaving she yelled across the store ‘see you later!!’ In a manner that was not nice at all quite ‘bitchy’ toned. I’ve never felt so humiliated in a single shop some of the staff there really need to understand if they want a customers business not to be such rude arrogant people.

Called in to Universal North lakes, Monday morning, 9.10 am and Jess served me. Polite and helpful, not easy to do on a Monday morning just after doors opening. Well done and thank you.

Was at a shoe store across the way and stood for 10 minutes with out any staff even looking at me. So decided to just go to Universal instead. The moment I walked in Taylor Instantly assisted me with smiles and bubbley attitude. Not only did she assist me very well with shoes, she also helped other people efficiently while I tried the shoes on, whilst making sure I knew she was still there for assistance. Taylor as well as all the girls in store are great. Will actually come back for clothes next time.

Val has amazing customer service skills she was so helpful and kind, I will definitely be going back again :)

I came in between 4-5pm this afternoon and just wanted to say that the staff are absolutely amazing! A lovely lady went above and beyond to try and help me find a last minute outfit, I am super picky but her patience and understanding and genuine want to help me made my day. I should have gotten her name but thank you so much for the positivity and care x
