The quality well that just it there is no such thing as quality here food or for customer requests that was a fresh pattie but they don’t value themselves to do a good job they work how they give food stale and cold.Wasn’t busy when went I also didn’t mind waiting as I understand food prep take time but overall the one thing they do really well is extremely disappointing customers.

Went and got a grilled chicken happy meal got the happy meal box shoved at my mother and when we got home half the wrap wasn't even there

What a great idea, just line the burger box with sauce instead of putting it in the burger, my only problem is the lack of warning. Good one Josh, clearly paid by the burger and not by the hour.

This is the McDonald's on the way into Goulburn, and it's not that far off the m31 heading south. About 3.5kmIt was busy cause it was a weekend and a lot of people were on the move for Christmas, I usually stop there cause it's not as hard to get around than the other one on the other side of town. Plus, there's a play thing for the kiddies, which is a nice touch...The service was pretty good, and unlike some, there's enough of a drive thru to not be too clogged up..For me, it's my pick in Goulburn, but there will be a queue for coffee ☕️ if that's your thing on weekends..

The food at Mackers just gets smaller and smaller and more expensive everyday. That I am not giving 2 stars for but when I clearly ordered a double big mac, I was only served with a single big mac. They also forgot the two sweet and sour sauce on the original order and I had to go back to ask them for it. Instead of making a new double big mac they served an extra two pieces of beef patty which tasted ordinary outside the burger. Never going to this Mackers again and don't recommend. The food here was ok but unfortunately when I went through and ordered via the app in the driveway I was given the wrong food. I am guessing the person in front got the wrong food too, as I had part of their grill order. Once I took it in to the store they fixed it and apologised, but it was a bit annoying. Mistakes happen I guess, just affected the experience and my fries were then a tad cold! They were apologetic at least.

Another attempt at psyche sabotage by a family member - directing us to a McDonald's for dinner. I do hate McDonald's, but love my family, and will sometimes agree to their wishes even when they conflict so horribly with mine.Same as any McDonald's. However this one managed to do a decent toasted sandwich, which was surprising, because they made me wait several minutes for it. I suspected that they don't often get ordered here, so a staff member had to look up how to make one.My wife had a burger, but, having avoided fast foods for close to a year, she discarded most of it. She agreed with me. McDonald's make the worst hamburgers. I don't understand how the franchise has become what it is.Anyway, stopping here has given me another chance to rant on Google Maps.

It’s reliable and usually a lot less busy than the other Maccas on the other side of town, but the staff are generally stuffing around like they’re waiting for the bus after school with their mates.

So so so dirty. This was gross and my burger was a mess with everything slipping out. The floors were so disgustingly sticky with grease and filth. Worst Maccas I’ve ever witnessed
