Possibly the most unprofessional, unreliable, sneaky business in construction. This business is a disgrace, not paying workers on time and threatening to void a contract when proven wrong.I would suggest EVERYONE to avoid this company at all costs unless you are looking at getting stuffed around and belittled by men throwing out disgusting language and abusive name calling.If I could rate this company 0 stars I would!NEVER AGAIN

The bello construction company is so bad. Their reception staff is so bad. I write my townhouse exist problems to them, and the staff asked to complete form, but did not want to say where is the form or send me the form. So unprofessional, not knowledgeable to solve the problem.

A Current Affair worthy experience. We bought a townhouse developed by Bello, and it was not even close to the place we agreed to.Furthermore, their surveyor failed to recognise that the property was partially built on the neighbours land, and they attempted to settle on this house pending legal action from the neighbour (we had to dig for this information ourselves, this was deliberately NOT disclosed as they wanted to pass this legal action onto us after settlement).Negligent and criminal.

Terrible builder, we don't have choice to choose our builder, because buy from developer. before Bello start the project, did write them the email regarding the content upgrade, not get response, so only way to do is asking the real estate agent who might could help us contact Bello, not success. Lucky that someone take my enquire after 10 calls made to their office. The manager said we should contact them early so they could do the upgrade before they start. I had contacted them but no one responses, can't compliance because still need those guys to help for upgrade, which cost me few thousand for alternation. At the final stage, try to arrange time to deliver the cooktop to the property, they ignore my email again, even refuse to response the real estate agent. the work they done is very terrible. And their attitude is so bad, don't think they respect the other. Just saw the review on the google, they didn't treat the contractor as their partner, and can see how they deal with their business. I m here to write my story that want to warming other people.

We have appointed Bello constructions for some of our company past off-the-plan projects and Bello has managed to complete the projects within the expected timeframe. The Site supervisor is responsive and able to sort out issues during the construction stages promptly. Tori has been very helpful and responsive in following up. Highly recommended!

the project manager in charge of building our home did a very good job. The quality of the finish of our house was very good. in our particular case Bello Constructions and the team bent over backwards to get us into our home by christmas . thank you

ATTENTION TO ALL TRADIES - RE. Bello Constructions - Be ware as they are very bad payers, they pay late and/or don't pay at all!!! Holding up money for no reason, pushing to carry out works which are not in your scope & ignoring the mistakes which have been done in the previous trade (you have to fix it).

Nothing is worth dealing with these fake builders. Stay well away. Many building defects after we moved in and still a year on and nothing gets repaired. Also pretty quick to pass the buck. Trying to blame the owners. It’s pretty easy if you want a headaches get these pretend builders to build your home.
