If you’re in Port Stephens area and fancy a good cup of coffee and a top quality pie, this is where you go.The cakes and pastries are to die for. Very fresh and even look incredible.There’s a lovely buzz if you sit and have a brunch and take in the Salamander vibe.Prices are good considering the quality you get.Highly recommend their Curry Beef and Cheese & Beef pies.Two thumbs up!

After walking by the place several times saying 'those pies look amazing' we finally decided to try them. It looks like they would be pricey, however for the quality, size and taste we found them reasonable at $6.50. Bill had Lamb shank pie and Pecan tart with coffee. I had Chicken Thai green curry pie and mini profiteroles. We shared a Spinach roll. The pies and roll were accompanied by 3 different chutneys to compliment the fillings. The wait staff were friendly and we spoke with Ryan who explained their philosophy of quality food, interesting flavour at a reasonable price. Situated outside Coles with plenty of seating in a pretty setting we highly recommend this business. Bill also said the coffee was really good.

Coffee is great sausage roll was cold and the $50 birthday cake was ok but definitely not worth $50. But they still do a great coffee.

My partner and I travel the country and both love sharing a sausage roll. From what we’ve seen the average price ranges from $3-5. Here it was $6.90 and on top of that they weren’t fresh, the sausage rolls were sent to the back for a few minutes before it was given to me. Both rolls came out with their own cardboard tray, paper bag, cardboard cutlery holders and then another paper bag to carry them all together. There is no need for so much rubbish, one paper bag for the 2 is more than enough. Over priced and over packaged

Berry drink the first day, was yum and had a vibrant purple colour. The next day I went again, ordered the same drink, and it was so different!! The taste was a lot more yoghurty? and also colour was a pale purple. Definitely not as good as the previous day. Need a little better quality control here... otherwise the croissant was ok

Ordered cake for 70th birthday. The cake was beautiful and very fresh. It was very nicely decorated. The cake topper was beautifully created. It was very reasonably priced The service was fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend Patisserie Providore.

Love their coffee. The pies and sausage rolls are one of the best. I've tried several dishes and have not been disappointed. Cakes are to die for. Staff are super friendly. Don't walk by.

I had a pumpkin roll which was delicious, although a tad expensive.Coffee was horrible + asked for it extra hot and it was luke warm, my friend had a query about her drinks and the barista lady was extremely stand-offish, rude and a overall disinterested in customer service.Terrible.
