ECOTREASURES

As a part of my job, I reach out to a variety of businesses to organise events and activities for my organisations participants. Damien, the founder of ECOTREASURES demonstrated great professionalism in the organisation and carrying out of the Manly Snorkelling Tour for our group. Several of my participants reached out afterwards to reiterate how much they enjoyed it and would love a repeat of the activity. Sammy our tour guide was knowledgeable and incredibly pleasant, they made the group feel safe and secure throughout whilst thoroughly enjoying the actual snorkelling! Couldn't recommend enough!

The tour was over and above my expectations. My son is autistic and Sam was so helpful, patient and friendly. His knowledge of the area was excellent and showed us so much on the tour. Would highly recommend.

Couple of our guys went on one of ECO Treasures Paddle Boarding tours at the Basin..Note: Also being a small business, we recognise and like to endorse (or review) other small businesses who provide a great service and display passion, commitment and not least, an interest in their clients and guests - insuring their needs are met or exceeded..So, I personally came along but did not attend the (on the water part) tour and mostly observed from the Shoreline while also watching how this business was managed and, managing other activities going on simultaneously in the preparation for camping guests arriving the same day..Firstly, the tour itself was well organised and prepared.Good clear instructions with safety procedures, along with individual attention given to ensure each person was clear and had the gear they needed.The young girl (Tour leader - marine biologist) was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.Meanwhile at the base, Damien? (Owner) was busy attending to new customer inquiries and also fixing and setting up tents that had been a little battered from bad weather the night before..From just a brief conversation I had with him, it was very clear how important each detail was when preparing for and catering to guests (his customers) and making sure they had a good time and memorable experience (for all the right reasons;-)..The takeaway here is, we highly recommend ECO Treasures to bring you the best possible experience that nature will allow or afford you on any given day..(No royalty, incentive or compensation was offered or given for this unsolicited and candid review).Wow Wash Admin Team

Our experience was amazing! We saw so many cool fish. Our guide Jules and the group we were with were so kind and awesome. I really loved how small the group was as well. I also appreciated how clear and thorough the instructions and information given beforehand were. If your thinking about doing it, go for it!Also, if it’s all booked up keep checking because when I first tried to book there was only one spot available, but when I checked the day before the tour another spot became available, so my sister and I were both able to go.

We had an amazing time staying at the Basin with Ecotreasures. The tent is spacious with all the things we need. Damien and Sam are super friendly and helpful with the questions we had especially it was our first time camping. Will definitely recommend ecotreasures to everyone we know and use them again. Highly recommend EcoTreasures, who organised my son's snorkelling birthday party. The children had an amazing time under Damien's lead, were highly engaged and were all beaming from the experience. As a parent, Damien made the party seamless and easy, making sure children followed instruction and had fun. This experience was one of the easiest parties we have hosted as parents and a stand out for my son who is adamant that this was 'the best party ever'!

I had a great private paddle board session with Damien. Damien took every care to plan the session around the weather and my schedule and stayed in touch with updates. When we met, he was thorough and patient in explaining the technique and stayed focused and present for the entire duration of the session giving tips, guidance and explaining why the technique is the way it is. It was most enjoyable two hours and I feel I learned a lot and had a great time on the water. Highly recommended.

We rented canoes and stand up paddle boards from Ecotreasures at the Basin Ku-Ring-Gai. Received heaps of advice from Damien and he even looked after our stuff.
