Love my new Bondi Born Chloe" swimsuit! It fit's me perfectly! The Italian fabric feels amazing on

Recently purchased from Bondi Born and whilst the quality is great, the sizing doesn’t work for me. I am 1.66cm, shorter the torso and there is way too much fabric. The size 10 Evangalie one piece too long for my body causing it to be loose in the crutch once it’s in the water. Not ideal for a swim suit! Obviously can’t return once it’s been worn so I gave it to a friend who is 1.78cm and it fits her perfectly. Now need to buy another swim suit though.

Update: have heard back from Dale today and sorted through all the issues and waived extra cost of replacement swimsuit which I appreciate.Do not recommend buying from this company. They don’t offer a refund if their swim wear don’t fit and although the offer a credit note when you try to use it it is impossible for it to be linked to the new purchase and their support staff just keep giving you the run aroundThere is no phone number you can call so sort out issues so you have communicate via email not getting anywhere (so far I have been told I need to log in my account to use the credit but when I try to log in using my email address they gave on file I get a message saying no account exists for that email address. When I emailAgain I got told I don’t need to log and to just try again - without explaining how to try linking me credit to the purchase which was the problem I had when I originally emailed. Do not buy from this company. Very dodgy.

I bought my first Bondi Born swimsuit not too long ago for my upcoming trip to Europe and I am so satisfied. I was looking for something unique and Bondi Born's range delivered just that. The fabric of the swimwear range is of a great quality and the stretch factor really ensures that the swimsuits mould to your body type. 5 stars and I will definitely be coming back again!

I found the swimsuits to be of really great quality, however have found the customer care experience to be extremely disappointing. I have tried for nearly 2 weeks to initiate a return (one in which I am unable to do directly through the websites instructions, and do require additional support from customer care) I have tried through email and Instagram to raise my enquiry and have yet to receive a solution. I received one email, which was not properly read at all because they gave me a standard “return instructions” macro/template response and told me to look on the website for the return instructions. However, the only reason I am reaching out to customer service in the first place is because I could not initiate a return through this process. I am now sitting here with a swimsuit I cannot wear, I’m out $200 and honestly wonder if I will ever get a solution to this matter. I wanted to love this brand and like I said the product is honestly fantastic! However, I have lost all confidence and trust and don’t feel I could shop with a company that does not value quality customer service.

I have bought bathers for myself, my young daughters and my employees from Bondi Born and they have all been received very well. The fabric is of a particularly superb quality of a good thickness with a good stretch to cater for real life bodies which can change shape, even after a big lunch. I love the designs because they are stylish and the leg cuts are not too high (but are not too low as to be boring) and you get a really good bum cover. They are beautiful bathers! I absolutely LOVE my Bondi Born swimmers. I bought the Margot one piece in black. The cut and fit is so flattering on my body, and it hugs you in all the right places, without compromising on comfort. Every time I wear it, I feel confident. I also love how you can barely feel the cold water in it. Definitely the best one piece I've owned. Off the beach, I also like to wear this as a top with a pair of linen shorts/pants for outings as well. Would 100% recommend their quality pieces.

Bondi born has been my favourite Australian Designer luxury brand for the past few years since discovering the brand. I have become an avid collector and sourced items from various past collections. The key factor of Bondi Born for me is that the designs are so universal with many ways to wear one of the designers pieces, this really speaks to me. The weight of the fabrics feels luxurious and I always love to wear Bondi Born on special occasions especially Mother’s Day, most of my pieces range from fabrics sourced from Japan and Italy yet handcrafted in Australia by local artisans. Love

Beautiful swimwear!! I received a stunning one piece suit as a gift and the fit was perfect. The designs are elegant and the quality of the fabric is excellent. I am looking forward to the warmer months and my next purchase!

Beautiful designs. However, their sizing is not accurate - with every single brand I'm a size S, the suit I've tried would've been more suitable for a children's body. The torso simply isn't long enough. The pricing is way too high for what it is as well. Half of it would be acceptable.
