Swimart Currimundi

We went to Swimart Currimundi for the first time today after 2 referrals from friends. We have always had problems keeping our pool from going green. Swimart Currimundi were the first company who explained to us the correct step-by-step way to monitor and dose our pool, and they gave us good advise on how to keep our costs down. We have suffered years of trouble balancing our pool and throwing money at it. If only we had visited them earlier, we wouldn't have wasted so much money. Thank you Swimart, we will be regulars from now on.

Over charges on labour and materials. Walk out feeling ripped off. Terrible communication on price over the phone.

Got a price for an CF100 filter $291.00... brought 2 from Gosford for $178.00. Be careful and buy off EBay.

Tricky, indeed,I use to like going to Currimundi Swimart, check my pool water, and buy chemicals.Not any more, I asked for regular services of my pool, experiencing some health problem, thinking it would be easy on my situation. I'm taking good care of my pool, and, before I had service evrything work very well, water being sparkling clean and chlorinator working well. Like every one I wanted to keep that way. Yet, using service I ended up having so many problem, starting with paying way too much for some chemicals, experiencing big problems with the New chlorinata, enquiring asking questions, and waiting for answers. Finally taking unit from the wall and driving to where it was purchesed only to be told it works well. One is thinking all that just to get more money from customer!!!Insted of having relaxing time having a pool service, I experience nothing but frustration and disappointment. I would not recommend Swimart in Currimandi.

Counter staff were very knowledgeable and were very efficient. Plus they had salt!!! This was a big plus and has enabled me to get the pool back and functioning properly.

We have been customers of Swimart for a few years now and their customer service has always been exceptional. They always greet you by name and go above and beyond what is required to keep our pool looking amazing! Nothing is too much trouble. They are always cheerful, friendly, enthusiastic and show genuine concern if we ever have a problem. It is obvious they are very knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend Swimart Currimundi to anyone. Well done Darren, Janelle, Dawn, Simon and the rest of the team, you are all awesome!

Great staff, super helpful and knowledgeable on everything swimming pool related. We bought a house with a pool last year and were clueless on how to maintain it, we have had various issues due to old equipment. The service and honest advice from Swimart Currimundi has been fantastic. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Over $220 service for our pool, still left the pool still dirty with marks that the pool tech did not know how to remove. They always use excessive amount of chemicals to ramp up the price. The tech was rude and insulting. I would not recommend.
