Went in to buy some snow goggles/gloves/boots, prepared to spend a fair bit of money on some stuff. Browsing for a while waiting for staff to help, however they were more interested in chatting with a friend who was in the store than coming to help us. Barely acknowledged as we walked in & out. Was a quiet day too so not busy at all. Will spend money elsewhere.

We’ve just had a great experience purchasing a full skiing kit for both me and my partner. Russell and the team have been very helpful and the equipment is fantastic. We would definitely use Snowbiz again for any skiing needs!

5 stars for the man who served us and the younger lady, they were both lovely and lots of help! But not even 1 star for the older woman behind the desk who was very rude, had lots of attitude towards me and my partner and we came in 2 times and she was rude on both days. She threw our receipt at us when we bought our items. Makes me not want to come back to the store which is unfortunate because i love snowboarding and i like the other 2 staff who were very nice and helpful.

They are great. Very helpful and friendly. Guy, who I think is one of the owners was amazing. He was so genuinely interested in us getting what we needed and helped me with the best ski that I have ever demoed, which I've been doing for over 20 years, so much so that I bought them. Augment ski. Best ski great people.

Great help from the sales team there. I tried on about 10 pairs of snowboard boots to get a pair that fit well. Very calm and patient with great insight and suggestions

SnowBiz were terrific. Great value and great gear too. Busiest week of the year for them (and a hard time post CoVid with labour shortages everywhere in Queenstown). SnowBiz had the three of us in and out in 20 minutes. Staff were competent, quick and great fun.I had a boot problem on the mountain (my fault not theirs). No problem - SnowBiz have a gear share agreement with the ski field hire co on the mountain who leant me a pair for the day and that night Emma at SnowBiz had me sorted in no time. It’s the help you get when things go wrong that make the difference. I will definitely be back.
