Best servo with excellent fuel quality and best customer service

Worst customer service and experience here. Went in on 04/02/2022 (Friday) lunchtime and was told I couldn't use the toilet because it just got sprayed and it was locked. I told the lady I really needed to go and instead of finishing the clean she went to serve other customers and then leisurely walked and talked around the shop with another staff member all in which the toilet was locked. In this time (waiting for 10mins plus), 5 sets of customers tried to use/waited go use the locked toilets - multiple customers asking the counter staff to unlock the toilet in which the response was: we just need to wait for staff to finish cleaning it. The staff was doing anything but doing this. There were 3 staff and 2 of them were happily doing nothing (when there was no customers to serve!). Don't go here! If I knew they would lock the toilet to inconvenience 5 sets of customers at lunch time, I would have just driven to the Woolies/Caltex down the road which took 1 more minute but had an usable toilet after being a customer!

Great shell Coles express here with excellent service from the gentleman behind the counter I think his name was Tim. Very clean store fully stocked, plenty of fuel pumps which were also very clean.

Great coffee, that was also free thanks to Flybuys. Attendant was very polite and helpful in getting the coupon correctly scanned. Forecourt was neat, clean and well maintained.

Superbly clean facilities and everything you need. Quiet back street compared to Scarborough Beach Road.
