I'm a support worker who was interviewed by this organisation in loganholme, the interview was very uncomfortable and confronting especially the questions and Casey who interviewed me said il hear back on Friday or Monday if I got the job or not but didn't get a phone call at all..feel like they lack respect and communication in this regards.

I did an interview with the team last year, I went through the whole process and i was hired. I even filled out the documents and submitted as required only for them to call me and tell me that there was no work and they would call me at a later date. I was okay with that until i saw them advertising for the position. I never understood why i had to go through their rigorous process if i wasn't a good candidate all along.
