The car i looked at was in poor shape rear left hand side bumber out of position and shape / uneven boot lid lines / uneven tail lights / uneven cape in bonnet & head lights clearly left hand side accident . not mentioned at all in add or to me directly from sales team ? I didn't bother driving it as it was not a top clean car for it's years . At 13999 it's a joke at best . 7000 More like it as it had 179000 klms already . I'm sure blind freddy will take it at that price . Very very disappointed in the car and Peter Lennox Automotive .

The best customer service i have ever experienced!! My wipers were not working, Stewart told me to bring the car in, was fixed within 10min and they even fixed my key. Great customer service still exists.

My car visited twice for the same problem and still not fully fixed. I'm disappointed to be overcharged 5 labour hours ($187 each) after replacing a mass air flow part, which would take any mechanic less than an hour to do. They billed me the time spent diagnosing, and removing the wrong parts and putting them back. Such a cheap way to lose reputation and customer trust which I didn't expect based on previous reviews.An honest and a professional mechanic (or any other occupations) would not charge customer for time spent on the wrong direction. The learning and trial/error time should not be billed to customer, simple!Stewart suggested me to consider another workshop for the pending repair. I will, but I reserve my right to complain and reflect my experience in my reviews to warn other customers. Be careful of such practices and think twice before paying a visit to Peter lennox workshop.

Bloody fantastic SERVICE, well worth the early morning and almost 2 hour drive for me... just the peace of mind alone knowing that i'm not going to be ripped off and that the job will be done correctly. Many thanks to Rochelle as well.. your wonderful and a pleasure to deal with.

I booked my wife’s A class hatch in for an annual service and check up at Peter Lennox.( I have been unimpressed with the MB dealership service experience over the previous 2 services and thought I would try PL based on a recommendation )The whole experience and process was efficient , accurately quoted ,involved honest , timely telephone advice about what was required to be addressed and the car was ready to pick up earlier than anticipated . Cost was significantly less than the dealership prices . Service and attitude were great .PL has a happy customer who will return .

Peter and his boys have been running a good business since Adam was a boy. They are the experts with everything Merc and will often drop everything to service a car even at very short notice. Highly recommended place to purchase a Merc and for follow up service .

We bought a beautiful old Mercedes from them and are really pleased with the car and their attentive service. The car was beautifully presented and drives like a dream. We're both on a new (old) car high at the moment and planning a few trips around the countryside to enjoy it.I found that the work they did for the roadworthy was thorough and professional and they were fair in their negotiations.It's obvious that they're first and foremost car enthusiasts. They have a stellar reputation in Mercedes circles and yesterday we got to see why.While waiting I took the opportunity to window shop their other used cars. I was drooling at the end of it. They have a treasure trove of beautiful Mercedes ready for their next owners.I plan to take my Mercedes back to them for servicing and if ever I'm in the market for another one, they'll be my first port of call.I want to thank Peter, Cameron and Stuart for a great experience.
