Chris was able to sort out my ipad problem (most likely operator error, but he was far too polite to say so) while also juggling phone calls, other customers and a repair job. I managed to wet my 2 Samsung A71s in the surf whilst fishing. Don't ask how. It was definately a dumb user moment. Chris saved one but the other was terminal. The experience with Chris was exactly as described in other reviews. Keep it up Chris. You offer a really valuable service. And you make it easy. You should start selling phones too as I would've bought the replacement from you.

I called in today to get a new screen and battery for an iPhone 6, that I'd got soaked when whale-watching off the coast recently.They took the phone screen off and quickly came to the conclusion that the phone had expired for good!They wouldn't charge me anything, which was beyond the call of duty".A big thank you for the friendly service and expertise.
