Staff sees me but doesn't take my order. After 10mins of waiting the first thing he asks me is not what can i get you?" but "can you pay using the express check out?". I was so flabagasted I didnt know what to say."

Absolutely putrid,So you spend good money with faith that your not needing to spit it out..2 burger meals,the meat stone cold,wouldn't even melt the cheese..Flame grilled my arse!! It obviously DOESN'T require ANY staff skills to operate a microwave to heat up the meat pattys..Congratulations on ripping off valuable customers..Staff with no people skills,unprofessional..Health department should be made aware,High risk of food poisoning

Staff is very courteous. However, no one bothered to clean the tables. Every single tabled had food particles. There was not a tingle table to sit and eat!

I had the Worst experience ever in this place, staff mopping my feet twice, burger overcooked (was supposed to be premium), weird bacon with odd taste, grease fries, drink advertised was not the one served, omg what else could go wrong?Of course we had to go to toilet after this nightmare!!! Please never go to this place!

Convenient location on Victoria Road next to a gas station. The shop is small and a bit under staff. Though there's not a lot customers, there's quite a long waiting time to get the order.

I ordered a triple whopper meal deal, got a single whopper burger. I can’t understand for the life of me how they can get it so wrong. Not like it’s a big order. Again I say they treat people by their post code, or maybe I’m born unlucky. Again estimated delivery time increased by the minute. Almost an hour to get my food.

Drove all the way here for the NBL promotion cheeseburgers for my family and was told every single member have to be there to claim theirs, while I have all the tickets, receipt of my purchase from Ticketek. The manager was not helpful!! The one he gave me was cold. Not worth the trouble moving forward.
