Micheal and the team were wonderful. Of all the services in dealing with mum's passing ( hospitals, banks, pharmacy, power of attorney etc) they were the only company that followed through on everything they offered without mistakes. During the service whilst I was crying for the my loss; the lady employee came over to me in my time of DISTRESS while the Bishop was giving the sermon and BLUNTLEY and RUDELY asked me and my son to fill in the COVID 19 contact tracing form. .. During the service.. I was shocked and appalled at their lack of care, lack of compassion, lack of empathy, lack of dignity to my lost loved one. They have no professionalism. We could have signed this form after the sermon and service. This negative experience upset me further for this day of loss.

Its taken a long time to be able to write this review. Simplicity Funerals were absolutely incredible during our families time of grief having just lost a truly amazing man. Everyone at Simplicity were so caring and compassionate during what was an incredibly difficult time. They were attentive and focused on the details of Dads and the families wishes and we could not have hoped or anticipated a more fitting send off. Special mention must go to Courtney who literally treated us like family while we bombarded her with emails and messages full of photos and videos of the wonderful larrikin Dad was.Roswell who presided over the funeral service was amazing. He sat with us a couple of times and just listened to the family and loved ones talk about the man and the incredible life he lived. People attending the funeral could have been forgiven for thinking he and Dad were best mates, even partners in crime when he was describing Dad, his life and his adventures.On behalf of my family, friends and those that couldn’t be there in person thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving our legend such a fitting tribute and farewell and of course for the love, care and compassion you offered those left behind to mourn this great man. <3

When my mum passed Elizabeth at simplicity was just wonderfull, making a highly emotional time in our lives just a little bit easier. Elizabeth listened, was contactable and worked with what we wanted to achieve. We needed to get the service done in a very short time and although they only had spots on a later date, Elizabeth made it happen with all the prep work they had to do. Absolutely the best decision we made to look after our beatiful mum.

I cannot recommend highly enough the wonderful service our family received from Jessica from Simplicity Funerals after the passing of our Dad. From the very beginning they took care of everything giving us peace of mind informing us every step of the way. Jessica handled the situation with grace and compassion and with absolute professionalism. Dean Aiken officiated on the day and he was wonderful. He gave me some good advice on how to deliver the eulogy and I think I did ok ..I would recommend Jessica and her team to other families who are looking for a hassle free funeral for their loved one.
