Beam Clear Aligners
So far things have been quite disappointing. I feel the product quality is good but the customer service and support is non-existent. I’ve got teeth that are not shifting at the same rate as others and after numerous emails asking for feedback has resulted in nothing with no response for months. I feel my teeth are not on track to be as per their 3d modelling and like others here will be left with no replacement aligners and no free set of retainers when it is all done. I do not recommend Beam Aligners.

They must have closed down. I was meant to receive replacement aligners as my teeth are still not as straight as they should be as per their ‘smile guarantee’. I sent back the new impressions as instructed and after many, many attempts to contact them, I never heard back! If this is not the case, Beam, please contact me

Do not purchase from these people. Waiting for replacement aligners for my daughter that I paid for in December 2022 and still haven't received them, March 2023. They are thieves! Many times I have attempted to contact them, with no response! They take your money and don't provide the product!

Incredible results. I had an issue with teeth spacing since I was a teenager and Beam clear aligners fixed it within 6 months.
