I’ve been working with the team at Steven’s Carpets for a few years now and I highly recommend Sam and his team, especially Todd the carpet tile installer and vinyl floor installer. Quality work/craftsmanship, professional, quick, competitive and they are always on time to quote and get the job done. In the past Sam helped me to Re-carpet North Shore Coaching College Chatswood campus and just this week to re-carpet the gymnasium and our two passenger lift flooring of a strata building. You need to look very hard to find a better carpet supplier and installer.I have been looking all over Sydney to get the best price on quality carpet for my duplex development and I found the staff at Steven’s carpets very accommodating and knowledgeable.The representative that attended to measure the site was very professional and did a great job measuring the rooms to minimise the joints.If you are looking for premium carpets commercial carpets or just something basic for your home I highly recommend this business.You won’t find better.I give this place a thumbs up for the best priced carpets in Sydney.

Steven's Carpets are very efficient and have a quick turnaround period from the day of measuring and quoting job up until the installation day.Great Customer Service and employees build a strong rapport with their customers.Cannot find any faults with Steven's Carpets.

They have been there for a long time. I thought to myself 'that can't be bad at all..'After going in there, I couldn't fault anything. They were great and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Last Saturday my partner and I stood around for 5-10 minutes flipping through carpet samples without being noticed. Someone from out the back" wandered past us to the toilet without any acknowledgement at all. We were about to leave when a salesman attended to us. At first he was rather disinterested but then I warmed to him.Fast forward to today. I am ready to order the carpet so I rang the store and explained who I had seen on Saturday and would they come out and measure? The young girl answering the phone said that they would

I called Steven’s to get a quote for whole 2nd storey, the girl who answered said that the installer wasn’t in that day but they could come out the next day- didn’t hear from them. I tried another 3 times, leaving messages but they didn’t call back, each time I rang she had an excuse.Since when does the customer have to chase for business?They obviously didn’t want the business so I went else where and would not recommend Steven carpets.

Terrible laying. Within 6 months carpets were rippling in every room. When we called them they said warranty did not apply as we had it left it too late to call. But of course, the rippling took a few months to show up. Care factor was zero.

Stevens installed new carpet at my house. I had a tight timeframe and they turned up as agreed and installed with a minimum of fuss. They were easy to deal with and the carpet looks great. I would definitely use again.

Whilst the price is pretty good, their service is not. The girl is nice there but one of the managers is just rude and dismissive. Floor is not installed correctly with no expansion gaps left and is lifting - see pic. Currently going through Fair Trading. Avoid!!!

I visited Steven's carpets on a recommendation. I wasn't disappointed, they did a great job.They had what I wanted in stock and were able to complete my job right away. I'm very happy with my floor and the price I paid. I would recommend Steven's to anyone after a good job!
